The MTL7788+ is a DIN rail mounting isolation barrier from the MTL7700 series of safety barriers. This professional-grade component offers reliable protection for industrial applications in hazardous areas.

Safety Design Principles:
All MTL7700 series Zener barriers follow the same robust design principles. Each channel includes:
- Secondary pulse detecting Zener or forward connecting diode
- Reliable terminating resistor for current limitation
- Two-stage voltage limiting function for continuous protection
- Fuse protection for the diode
In the event of an electrical fault in the safety zone, the diode limits hazardous area voltage while the resistor limits current. No active output current limiting circuitry is used.
Certifications:
Certified "ia" for all zones and "IIC" for all explosive atmospheres (except MTL7707P+ and MTL7729P+, which are "ia" "IIB").
