Installation of TTH300 Temperature Transmitter

I. Installation in Junction Box (Without Spring)

1. Loosen screw 3 on the junction box cover.
2. Remove cover 1.
3. Use the anti-loosening mounting screws on transmitter 2 to install the transmitter in the appropriate position inside the cover.

II. Installation on Measuring Cartridge

1. Remove the ceramic block from measuring cartridge 3.
2. Remove the screws from transmitter 2: first take out the anti-loosening sleeve from the screw hole, then remove the screw.
3. Insert a new mounting screw 1 into the transmitter's mounting hole from above.
4. Place the toothed lock washer 4 with its curved surface facing upward on the downwardly extending screw thread.
5. Connect the power cable to the transmitter according to the wiring diagram.
6. Place the transmitter into the junction box of the measuring cartridge and secure it.

Note: Before installing the transmitter on the measuring cartridge, remove the ceramic block from the measuring cartridge and the anti-loosening screws from the transmitter.

To install the transmitter on the measuring cartridge, toothed lock washers and corresponding mounting screws are required.

III. Installation on DIN Rail Bracket

Hardware Settings of TTH300 Temperature Transmitter

• Switch 1: Enables hardware write protection.
• Switch 2:
  • Supports hardware activation requirements for ITK simulation needed by FOUNDATION Fieldbus.
  • For HART7-supported transmitters, Switch 2 allows setting the required HART version (HART5 or HART7).

Important: Parameters cannot be modified via the local keys.
